• Online check-in: The Brussels App enables you to check in for all flights operated by Lufthansa Group Network Airlines. Your mobile boarding pass will then appear on your smartphone and can be accessed easily.
• Travel ID and Brussels Miles and More: You can store various payment methods in your Travel ID account with the new digital wallet, making it easy to pay anytime, anywhere. Your Travel ID or Brussels Miles & More account can be used for personalized services. You can save your personal information in the Brussels App for better accessibility.
• Real-time information and flight status: From 24 hours before your flight, you will be provided with important details and updates about your journey thanks to your mobile travel companion. Notifications for check-in and the flight status will pop up on your home screen as well as any gate changes so you won’t miss out on any news. This way you can rest assured that you’re up to date with all your flight information.
During the flight
• Flight ticket and onboard services: You always have your mobile boarding pass and onboard services to hand thanks to the Brussels App – even when you don’t have internet access. All relevant flight information is at your fingertips, so you know your flight status without having to ask the flight crew.
After the flight
• Track baggage: Your digital travel companion will still be at your side even after you’ve arrived at your destination. Locate your checked-in baggage in the app and stay informed about the subsequent parts of your trip.
