iTIVA is a pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic simulation application that estimates the plasma concentration of drugs based on mathematical models and simulates the behavior of a TCI (Target Controlled Infusion) pump, calculating an infusion scheme to reach and maintain a set target concentration, either in plasma or effect site. These schemes can be implemented in volumetric infusion pumps and be guided using pharmacokinetic models, to make "manual TCI" or target guided infusions.

iTIVA includes a library with 27 drugs, more than 67 pharmacokinetic models and 9 pharmacodynamic models to explore drug interactions, that are updated continuously when you subscribe*:

iTIVA's yearly subscription is available for US$9,99/year. The subscription will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

- Improved TCI algorithm for better accuracy with fewer infusion changes.
-Now you can modify the accuracy of the algorithm between 99% or 95%, to calculate a simpler scheme but with lower accuracy. Tap the "More" button to modify the accuracy
- New option for induction calculation, go to settings and enable "Bolus/Infusion without delay" to calculate an initial scheme with a bolus and an infusion starting at the same time
