Elete is the most addictive and advanced app to develop ball handling skills. The app was designed to make developing dribbling skills and moves for basketball fun! Uses the iPhone and iPad's camera – powered by Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality.
Developing dribbling skills now feels like a video game! Elete is the solution to the problem of mundane dribbling training. No more boring traditional drills, enter a new era of skill development. Do drills where a digital speedometer tracks your dribble speed, or avoid a hand that attempts to steal the basketball as you dribble!
Train no matter where you are! Elete is your portable personal basketball trainer. All you need is an iPhone or iPad, the basketball, and a few feet of space to start training with Elete.
Two types of training: "League Mode" and "Practice Mode"
League Mode -- you'll play the first game and then become hooked! Starting in high school, climb the competitive ladder to college and then the professional league. Play against 4 opponents and see how you climb the leaderboard during each game.
Practice Mode -- is a non-social training experience. Get access to the entire library of games and drills and strive to get high scores in all of them. Customized workouts to your ability and skill level.
Included are multiple categories of highly addictive dribbling games for speed, rhythm, control, and reaction!
Playing a game:
Each game requires a user to set-up their iPhone or iPad on the ground properly. Then, the player is to stand a few feet in front of their device so the camera can see them. The game uses voiceover and on-screen instructions for the user to follow as they are playing the game.
Problem:
Youth and adult athletes spend the majority of their “sports time” playing organized sports, instead of developing their skills. Only the most dedicated athletes (20%) are willing to gruel through the lonely, isolation it takes to develop skills. The problem is the current model to acquire sports skills is boring and requires too much discipline.
Solution:
Elete provides an experience for sports cohort communities (high school, college, professional) to compete in skill based games on their device at home. Using Elete, you will not participate in "drills", but fun and creative dribbling games that improve your ball handling skills.

We added in the ability to play opponents in "LEAGUE MODE" -- which consists of 10 games lasting a two week period. End up in first place on the leaderboard after the two weeks, and you win that league! Get high enough scores and get called up to COLLEGE or even the PROFESSIONAL league to play more experienced opponents!
Various bug fixes and performance enhancements.
