課程設計不專業，要小心被誘導訂閱
因最近自學韓語，在IG上看到這個app瘋狂打廣告，就被引導下載訂閱了年方案，但實際操作發現操作流程跟廣告有落差，且對於外文新手來說非常混亂，句型練習常常是亂湊的，並沒有真的照該語言文化的邏輯安排句型。 發音也很機械式，且無法調整語速，除了句型練過的「單字本」（有些翻譯很奇怪）可以查閱，沒有個人賬號訊息及訂閱方案的紀錄在這app裡。
操作的過程中，還不時會跳出小視窗誘導你加購真人課程，並且把關閉視窗的按鍵設計得很隱約（藏在右上角，跟視窗背景相似色讓你看不清）

The app was ruined by AI
I liked this App before. I think it’s useful for daily conversations practices. However, their design nowadays is more like a fake version of Duolingo.
I try to learn Japanese, but the system crashed. The system messed up the English material and Japanese material. The outcome is a Japanese accent speaking English. I cannot learn anything because of the bug.

完全照本宣科，無法個人化
練習口說時無法對於回答進行個人化，例如自我介紹、點餐的內容…等等，這樣無法做到真正的練習，在實際與人對話上並不能達到有效的幫助，就只是在背課文而已。
圖像的解釋完全不清楚，但回答裡還必須正確記住每張圖像所代表的意思！要學習一門新的語言還要再花時間去記憶完全不關聯的圖片，真的很浪費時間！
加上翻譯的內容也很奇怪，翻譯後的內容常常連自己的語言都看不懂！莫名其妙。
買了一年但只用了一天就完全不想使用了！還是乖乖用回多鄰國比較實際一些。

口說無法偵測、字彙錯誤
本身使用此軟體學習日文，在今年四月購買一年課程後，初期就發現口語經常偵測不到。本身已有一定的日文基礎，因此能發現軟體內的課程錯誤。在5/2、5/3申請退款皆遭到拒絕，打去Apple支援也沒辦法處理。請公司退款給我，因為這個軟體對我毫無用處。
I use this software to learn Japanese. After purchasing the one-year course in April this year, I found that the spoken language was often not detected in the early stages. I already have a certain foundation in Japanese, so I can find course errors in the software. Applications for refunds on 5/2 and 5/3 were rejected, and there was no way to handle it after calling Apple support. Please ask the company to refund me because this software is of no use to me.
