無法將獲得的ecard導入app中
手上有幾張已取得證照的ecard，想輸入到app但系統一直跳錯誤訊息Unknown error occurred，已經好幾天都是一樣情況，請盡快改善！

Problem solving quickly
My OW certificates wasn’t shown on the app for days. But I have temporary eCard. Have emailed to the customer service, then they fix my problem, now my eCard be shown on the PADI app after I mailed the next day.
