Terrible ECMS Express in JP to TW
I brought and got any items, but only ECMS have always canceled my orders. Why?
And I can’t change or choose another one (DHL or others good guy) to deliver my items.
How many items had been canceled made by that delivery company in global? Should I change to buy in Aliexpress.com with the same ECMS and still can get items?

Every time I try to open a product link in a different country, the link always redirects back to the app, and the app always asks me to log in to see the product. I paid for product, but I didn’t receive it, and I couldn’t get the money back.
I bought something on 10/5 and added a price to have it delivered on 10/7. That day, I only received a text message that could not be delivered, and then the nightmare began.
After I log in to the Amazon website, I cannot click on any functions such as order management or customer service. It always shows that my account is held on (I have no idea why, this is my first time shopping on Amazon). The same goes for app.
It took me some time to find hotline, and when I called for the first time on 10/10, the customer service staff said Amazon would contact me within 24 hours, but they didn’t. I called again on 10/11 and the customer service staff said there was nothing she could do and could only wait.
I really don’t know what Amazon is doing? They didn't even give me a chance to cancel the order. Please give me my money back!
