Each month, there is at least one instance where I cannot log in, and it usually takes 30 to 40 minutes to recover.
Especially during significant stock market rises or drops, errors often occur when refreshing the page, requiring multiple refreshes, but errors still persist even after refreshing.

Software interface is harder to use than TD
Whether it’s the stock charts or the trading interface, both are user-unfriendly. According to historical reviews, this has been the case for a long time. Despite numerous complaints, the developers remain unresponsive. I've been using it for almost a month after switching from TD, and I think this software is garbage.

Poor Design
The app is overly complex and there’s not enough breathing room between UI elements. It also feels more like a website than an actual iOS app (no smooth animations and transitions, etc.).
My biggest complaint is that there is no iOS Home Screen widget. I would love to be able to check my account balance in the widget without having to open the app and log in every time.

Symbol is empty
Find no way to report this bug so leave a review. Before updating, if click the trade button, say, of TSLA, in the trade page the symbol input would be set to TSLA automatically. But after updating, it won’t. Have to manually input the symbol again. This is so inconvenient and slow when trading. Please fix it.
