You can do better

The interface currently suffers from severe cognitive overload. Instead of intuitive data visualization, the sleep tracking metrics are overwhelmingly text-heavy. If it feels like work to decipher my sleep data after just two days, a full seven-day view is going to be unmanageable for the average user.
Furthermore, the information architecture introduces too much friction. Finding a basic REM/Light/Deep sleep graph requires multiple unnecessary clicks. Looking at these structural decisions, I can't help but wonder about the internal culture behind this product. It feels as though business requirements are completely tying the hands of the design team, forcing a dense, text-heavy layout over usability. Alternatively, it gives the impression of a top-down design environment where junior designers might be afraid to give feedback to senior leads who have lost touch with modern user expectations. Health data needs to be accessible, highly visual, and frictionless. Currently, this interface is none of those."

原本的 Fitbit 很好用了，不知道為什麼 Google health 不要參考 Fitbit 的介面來設計。改成這樣，以前 Fitbit 體重和體脂肪的地方可以自行輸入數字，而不像現在用滾輪方式的 - 很爛。Fitbit 會保留前一次的數字讓你更改，Google health 是空白的讓你「滾」到你要的數字。什麼爛設計。現在真希望我的 Fitbit 可以快點壞掉好讓我換到 Apple Watch。

Cannot correctly show data

After I updated my app on June 7th, I noticed that my app cannot load my personal goals. And the worst thing is it can’t show me the record of when and how much calories I burn. 應用程式同步不了

使用上很方便，但一直要手動同步、漏通知，很煩😓
明明就權限都開了，老是沒同步，還時不時的跳出推播通知，要我打開應用程式以同步（點進去又不引導我該去哪裡設定？）
然後要我允許FIBIT應用程式在背景中維持開啟的狀態，以便接收通知及進行更新。啊我就已經允許過了，現在是改成googl管理，壞掉了嗎？🥲

Very Bad Experience with the updates.

I updated 4.27.1 version on 2024-10-8 and then i can no longer synchronize my Inspire 3.
I updated 4.28 ver. on 2024-10-15 it didn’t fix the issue.
The manual synchronization progress always stopped before 50% and not moving any forward .
Today is 10/16 and my latest synchronization was on 10/7.
If this device can’t synchronize data to the app, then it’s just a cheap watch that worth $10.

We ride scooter in Asia!

So…my Fitbit keep counting steps while I’m riding scooter, but i ride scooter to work everyday . It’s so inconvenient that I have to rewrite the time by manual twice a day bc it’s the only way that keep my step count accurate.😭

飲食記錄有點難用

大部分的使用體驗還ok，就是飲食記錄這一部分很雞肋。
營養成分的數字無法紀錄到小數點一位。
可以選擇的食物看起來好像很多，實際上一些常見的食物都找不到。變成每紀錄一樣食物，都要上網自己找營養成分。如果是因為這樣讓人節制食慾，是有點用啦⋯⋯

Duplicated calendar notification

Not buying Fitbit without HealthKit integrations.

I have Garmin, Fitbit and Apple Watch. I chose one depends on my wearing. Fitbit is the only one not supporting HealthKit. The next one I am buying is Withings watch. Fitbit is not one of my choices anymore without the integration.

Support traditional Chinese

Would you please adding traditional Chinese and simplified Chinese to the language options? Due to not supporting Chinese, the notification of Apps are meaningless to me NOW! Because what I saw were just garbled texts! And I guess people who speak Chinese are more then 1.3 billion around the world! Supporting Chinese would definitely enhance your sales volume! I guess this would be a good deal for you!

Taking forever to load data from Fitbit to my phone

The app works ok before. The update speed is quite fast but since I upgrade to iOS 11, it takes forever to just get my one day workout updated to my i7. Can you work on it and make it faster?!
