Urgent Request: Account Deletion and Formal Complaint Regarding App Malfunction
Dear Dhaval Kanani,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding your app, Brainote Feynman Notes AI, and to demand immediate action regarding the deletion of my account and all associated data.
After downloading and registering based on a public promotion, I found that none of the advertised functions—including voice recording, transcription, or AI summarization—work at all. Despite following all instructions, not a single core feature functions properly.
Furthermore, when I attempted to delete my account using the in-app “Delete Account” feature, it failed to perform any action. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about your app’s compliance with user privacy and data rights.
As a user, I have the right to withdraw from your service and demand complete deletion of my data. I expect the following to be addressed without delay:
1.Immediate deletion of my account and all personal information associated with it.
2.Written confirmation that my data has been deleted.
3.An explanation for the failure of the app’s basic functions and the inoperable delete feature.
If I do not receive a response within 7 days, I will escalate this matter by reporting your app to Apple App Store, relevant consumer protection agencies, and, if necessary, data privacy authorities.
I look forward to your prompt and responsible response.
